About Martin Memorial's Spiritual Care

Being in the hospital can be emotionally and spiritually trying for patients and their families. At Martin Memorial, our chaplain strives to help patients and their families by providing emotional and spiritual support.

Pastoral care services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all patients, their families, employees, volunteers and our medical staff. We bring the spiritual dimension of living, in general and especially in health care, to everyone in need in our health system. We strive to help each person we meet to feel renewed and at peace with the spiritual elements of life.

Our Chapels

Both of our hospitals, Martin Memorial Medical Center and Martin Memorial Hospital South, have chapels. They are located on the first floor of each hospital, just off the lobby.

Local Clergy Welcome

Local Clergy are welcome and encouraged to visit members of their congregations while they are with us at Martin Memorial.
