Scheduling an Appointment
Insurance and Payment
The Center for Cranial and Spinal Surgery is a provider for most major insurance plans and Medicare. We also belong to many HMOs and PPOs. If a co-pay is required, you are expected to pay it at the time of your appointment. We will submit bills to your insurance company on your behalf.
We request payment at the time of your appointment for services not covered by insurance. When necessary, our staff will work with patients who require a payment plan.
If you have questions regarding which insurance plans we accept or any patient billing questions, please contact us. Questions regarding your coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
Scheduling an Appointment
You may need a referral from your primary care physician before you can schedule an appointment with the Center for Cranial and Spinal Surgery. Check with your insurance provider to be sure.

We schedule appointments on Monday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Emergencies and Refills
For medical emergencies, please call 911.
For medication refills, please call during office hours so we can better serve you. No medication refills will be given after hours.
