Martin Memorial Hires New Chief Information Officer
Martin Memorial hires new CIO. When Edmund Collins began looking for a new job outside of his native West Virginia, South Florida led the list of prospective locations.

Both he and his wife have family in the region and they were already making regular pilgrimages to Disney World with their two young daughters. So when the opportunity arose to become vice president and chief information officer at Martin Memorial, Collins jumped at it.

August's Health-E Recipe
Spicy Asian Veggie Pasta.
Although scientists can't pinpoint what causes every case of cancer, most agree that up to 40 percent of cases are diet-related. Researchers at the University of Washington say that eating more broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables offers some protection against the disease.

Try this recipe for Spicy Asian Veggie Pasta--packed with healthy vegetables like broccoli, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Serve this dish hot, at room temperature, or chilled as a side dish.
