About Our Neurosurgeons

Our neurosurgeons, John K.B. Afshar, MD, and John R. Robinson, Jr., MD, are Board Certified in Neurological Surgery. Dr. Afshar has been trained extensively in complex brain and spinal disorders and has received national recognition for his research on strokes. Dr. Robinson has received subspecialty training in treatments for cerebovascular disease, skull base tumors, disk and other degenerative spinal conditions.
