Monthly or Annual Membership Rates
Full-time Martin Memorial Associates may elect to pay for membership every two weeks by payroll deduction. A minimum of three months' deductions are required before membership may be cancelled.
MASH Associates, auxiliary or other members who qualify for these rates but do not receive a paycheck from Martin Memorial may pay monthly by electronic funds transfer (EFT), in which dues are automatically withdrawn from your checking account, or annually in advance by cash, check or credit card.

- Membership allows you to use any of our six health and fitness centers.
- There are no enrollment fees for Associates or Auxilians.
- * Full-time Associates are eligible for payroll deduction. Visit your nearest center to sign up for payroll deduction. A minimum of three months of payroll deductions must be made before the membership can be cancelled. (To cancel, you must sign a cancellation form at the center.) Pay periods are every two weeks.
- ** Associates, MASH Associates and Auxiliary members may pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) (for monthly payments), or cash, check or credit card (for annual payment). When you set up EFT, membership dues are automatically deducted from your checking account each month. You must complete three months of EFT payments before you can cancel your membership. Thirty days written notice is required to cancel EFT membership. A $25 service fee will be charged on all EFT overdrafts.
- *** A family member (dependent) is defined as unmarried dependent children to their 19th birthday, or unmarried dependent children who are full-time students enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution and under age 25. The benefit ends on the earlier of the child's 25th birthday or the last day the child is no longer a full-time student. Full-time is considered 12 credits per semester as an undergraduate and 9 credits per semester for graduate. Family membership eligibility ends on the child’s 25th birthday or the last day the child is a full-time student (which ever comes first).
- Refunds: A member who is unable to use the facility due to illness or injury may request a refund of the portion of membership not used. To receive a refund, the you must present the staff with written notice from your physician that you were unable to exercise. Refunds are also granted to members who are permanently leaving the area and will be unable to use any Martin Memorial facility.
