Fast Track Classes – Approved for Emergency Room Associate’s only, with Director Approval.
"Fast track" classes are offered for the experienced provider. This class is shorter, lasting from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and participants are asked to come completely prepared for the class by reading and studying all materials in advance. Only one opportunity for testing will be available, without an option for remediation. If the student does not pass testing, he or she will need to register for a new, regular recertification class on another date, at their expense. If you have questions about fast track, please call EMC at (772) 878-3085. Due to the nature of this shortened program, CEUs are not available for Fast Track ACLS recertifications. If you feel the pace of this program will not meet your needs, please register for a regular ACLS recertification class. DIRECTOR APPROVAL is required for this Fast Track class!
Anyone taking the the ACLS fast track course will need to be extremely knowledgeable of ACLS.
